It was very nice. You could wait in the halls with chairs as opposed to waiting in the pharmacy and they would come get you.

I love this pharmacy! They do everything I really need: fill prescriptions, answer the phone, and keep their lines short. Such a rare thing these days.

Wonderful staff working here! I am very thankful to the pharmacist working Friday evening who took the extra time to answer all my questions so pleasantly and looked up information for me as well. And to the friendly cashier was so kind to open up a closed register for my over the counter purchases. It’s never fun being sick but I’m thankful for people like these staff who extend extra kindness to customers in need. Thank you!

Pharmacy was great! They were the only ones out of 5+ pharmacies I called that could get my prescription in—special-ordered and available the next day. Other pharmacies I’d called said 1-2 weeks, which I didn’t have for my condition. Car-to-pharmacy and back was under 10 minutes! Zero waiting in line time and prompt, no-fuss checkout. Note: they don’t accept competitors’ coupons, so I paid several hundred dollars instead of $25. BUT, they WERE able to get my prescription in record time vs everyone else! Sadly, no doubt not their fault, they don’t validate for parking and I had to pay for a quick trip—and the parking fee machine was broken, so I didn’t get a receipt to submit for reimbursement or tax purposes. (Those “little things” all add up to big money for me!!)

I started using this pharmacy, over 15 years ago. Their team is kind, professional and empathetic to all patients. They work very hard to give amazing accurate care, and it shows. I have referred multiple people, who struggle with other pharmacies, to seek good care at Fairview Pharmacy. I am always impressed with their patient and thoughtful employees. I happened to come here when I was looking for my hard to find prescription. Everyone was so great and in the top of things! I am slowly migrating out other prescriptions to them.

Was having MAJOR issues with Walgreens keeping a medication in stock. Called Fairview and was told they had it as was regularly used in the hospital. I transferred the script over & was told it was ready 1 hour later. When I went to pick it up, it was only a partial (5 day supply) order. They said the order would be in on Monday, 3 days away. I called on Monday to verify it was ready. After a lengthy hold, I was informed that the manufacturer would not be making anymore for at least 6 months. They explained that they would get the remaining pills to fill the complete prescription (90 days) from other pharmacies/hospitals in the area. After another day, they called to say all was ready to pick up. I was extremely impressed with the personal service & care they took in resolving my issue. They might be a bit more expensive, and it's a bit of a pain to park & go into the hospital for a pickup but the service was outstanding!

This is by far the best pharmacy I have ever worked with. It takes me 16 minutes to get there but it's well worth it. I think every pharmacy striving for excellence should model after this one!
